SONOFLEX • Acoustic flexible Duct

Sonoflex is made of perforated Alutex inner duct as a basic duct, thermal insulation of glass wool 25mm thick and external jacket made of polyester laminated aluminium foil. Due to its exceptional flexibility it is easy to in stall on circular and oval connectors.

• Sonoflex are lightweight flexible, acoustically insulated ducts and are used in ventilation, air conditioning, and air handling systems where high mechanical strength, temperature, fire-resistance, and thermal and sound attenuating qualities are required

• Inner core: Multi-layer of Aluminium and Polyester
• Insulation: Glass wool with 25mm thick and 16 kg/m3 density
• Outer core: Multi-layer of Aluminium and Polyester
• Polyester barrier between insulation and inner duct

• Temperature range: - 30°C + 140°C
• Air velocity (max): 30 m/sec
• Operating pressure (max): + 3000 Pa
• Diameter range: 82 mm - 508 mm
• Fire resistance: FR (NF) M1
• In the event of a fire no toxic gases are emitted

• Standard length of 10 m is compressed in an individual reinforced cardboard box

• Good resistance to many organic solvents
• Moderate resistance to acid
